About Me
Everyone has a story.
Here is mine.
From the outside, my life looked successful early on — academically and in my corporate career. But beneath the surface, I was carrying deep, unhealed pain from my past.
Rather than continuing to push it aside, I made the decision to face it and begin the process of healing. Over time, I worked through PTSD, anxiety, depression, codependency, the effects of a narcissistic relationship, addiction, and autoimmune challenges.
That journey changed everything.
Through it, I found a deeper sense of clarity, peace, and understanding of who I am. My faith became an important foundation, alongside the practical steps I took to rebuild my life in a real and sustainable way.
Today, I’m grounded, resilient, and genuinely love life — not because everything is perfect, but because I’ve done the work to move through what once held me back.
My Work
Now, I’m committed to helping other women do the same.
I support women who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected — even when life looks “fine” on the outside.
My approach is grounded in both faith and practical application. I believe real transformation happens not only spiritually, but also in how we think, respond, and live day to day.
This means I don’t just focus on insight — I help you apply change in a way that actually lasts.
Together, we work on:
managing anxious thoughts and emotional overwhelm
breaking unhealthy patterns and cycles
rebuilding confidence and identity
creating strong, supportive habits for daily life

My Heart
I am a Christian, and my heart is to see women walk in freedom, wholeness, and confidence in every area of their lives.
